Hosted Services

We offer a range of hosted services running from Mac OS X Server in our datacentre. These services are generally services that are either unique to Mac OS X Server, or are particularly advantageous when run on Mac OS X Server. Our experience in a wide range of industries means that we are able to offer services particularly tailored towards our client’s needs.

While not an exhaustive list our hosting packages can cover:

Studio oriented FTP services. With email-notification of new files, up to 500GB of storage and large monthly transfer allowances.
Hosted off-site backups. A great way to get your important data backed up and off-site, safe in case of fire, flood or theft at your premises. Our backups are particularly advantageous for Mac users as we ensure that all Mac file attributes are retained, something that many online backup services cannot provide. Our backup plans are customised to the users requirements and can cover anything from 1GB of data to 4TB. We are also confident that our off-site backup plans are some of the most cost-effective available and are significantly cheaper per GB of storage than other online backup solutions of this type.
External Intranets. While sounding like an oxymoron Mac OS X Server provides a simple and easy to use set of features that are ideal management tools for many businesses. With full featured email, calendaring, group wikis, blogs and a web page we can give you the advantage of Apple’s excellently designed and easy to use “groupware” system, without putting a server on your site. The unified design and management of the system also means we can supply this service at a great cost.
