Often a problem might not be as serious as it first appears, sometimes it may simply require an update to an application, a system update, a small fix or an easy workaround. Perhaps the problem is merely that you need guidance on configuring a particular part of the OS. Our telephone support package will let you talk to a Mac expert whenever you find yourself in a fix. We will talk you through your problem and get you back on your feet as soon as possible. Customers who take out the telephone support option are also eligible for unlimited email support, access to the Customers Only area of this website and a discount on any ad-hoc support required. Call-Out Cover
Our call-out cover package gives customers a higher level of support. Customers are guaranteed an 8-hour call-out and all labour costs are included. Full Cover
Our full cover package gives customers the ultimate peace of mind. This package guarantees an 8-hour call out with both labour and hardware costs included. Loan equipment is also included in this package to minimise any disruption to your business. This support option also includes telephone support, email support, a discount on a preventative maintenance contract and access to the Members Only area of this website. Preventative Maintenance
Just like a car, regular servicing of your Mac will help it to run in perfect condition. Our preventative maintenance contract entails a service of your Mac every 3 months. This service includes; applying all necessary system and application updates, performing a number of disk checking operations, ensuring data integrity, hardware diagnostic tests, system diagnostic tests and virus scans.
Ad-hoc Support
